In most cases lagging services can be provided on site without even removing the pulley or in our Tampa service facility. Pickup and delivery as well as fast turnaround services are all available for your convenience. Quality is key, at BMG we do not take shortcuts.

Some benefits of Lagging are:

  • Rubber cover for driven or non -driven pulleys in order to avoid material build-up with positive influence on belt tracking.
  • Reduced slippage between belt and pulley, increased coefficient of sliding friction.
  • Protects the pulley from wear and corrosion.
  • Driven and non-driven pulleys where belt slippage and excessive wear is a problem.
  • Especially suited for steel cord belts and other high-tension belts.
  • Food grade also available.
